We are the Japanese manufacturing company at Ejip industrial park Cikarang Selatan, Seeking for the qualified candidates to fill the position of :

Ass. Manager HRD, GA & Legal

General Requirements :
- Female,age max 45 years old
- At least Bachelor's degree of Law, Human Resource Management and Psychology Major
- Min 3-5 years working experience as Ass. Manager HRD from manufacturing company (preferably electronic industries)
- Familiar with reporting government expart and legal
- Understand of labor law, omnibus law and legal compliance
- Experience developing competence management and HRIS, ISO 14001/9001 (procedure & system)
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
