Pendidikan SMK/SMA Sederajat
Tidak memiliki gangguan penglihatan
Nilai rata-rata rapor 7
Sehat jasmani dan rohani
Jujur dan disiplin
Bersedia bekerja di Karawang
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift

Kualifikasi Khusus:
Operator forklift: mampu mengemudikan forklift dan memiliki SIO
Pengemudi truk: mampu mengemudikan truk dan memiliki SIM B2

1. Frame Production Staff
Oversee the production process to meet production plan quantity and quality targets, conduct analysis & improvement of the work system, monitor the implementation of 5S and OHS in Frame Production area

2. Engine Production Staff
Ensure the production process has achieved the quality and quantity targets, conduct analysis & improvement of the work system, monitor the implementation of 5S and OHS, and manage human resources in the Engine Production area.

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst, improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, also improve self-competence.

Here are the general qualifications:

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering and all related majors
Maximum age is 27
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
Attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking
Able to work under pressure
Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
Willing to work under shifting hours
Proficient in English (both oral & written)
Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
Proficient in MS Office
Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
